We have been customers of Bourne's for 24 years for our home and farm and have always been happy with their customer service and communication. This past spring we had a 400k btu propane heater we use to dehydrate herb crops malfunction. Bourne's service crew came and diagnosed the problem which led to the discovery of a cracked heat exchanger. Their service manager Skip Carlson worked hard communicating with the manufacturer and distributor to get us a warrantee replacement on the heat exchanger even though we bought the heater through a greenhouse supply company six years prior. I've been a Bourne's Energy propane customer for 3+ years now. They have been the best in the area for service, on-time delivery, and pricing. They offer a 2 year "budget plan" contract with a guaranteed price cap which offers substantial savings over a 1 year contract and definitely better than no contract market pricing. Their customer service folks are always pleasant and go above and beyond to make sure all you're questions are answered promptly and correctly. If you haven't already, please give them a call - I bet you'll be surprised at how much $$$ you'll save comparatively!
