I’ve had this Manchester drive for 8 years now and it easily heats the whole house- a family place that we share for skiing and sometimes rent on Airbnb. The ease of use makes it a favorite for our guests. I find it easier to light than most wood stoves and with regular maintenance, like replacing the door gaskets every three years or so, it continues to function like new despite frequent use by guests. I’ve read in some of the other reviews that some people have had poor experience with customer service, but my experiences have all been positive.

We bought our home 3 years ago with our hearthstone wood burning stove already here. We used it every winter average 5 times a week. It lights very easily and stays lit while burning the wood slow. It stays hot enough so I can throw a log if I wake up to use the rest room. I LOVE my wood stove...it heats up our whole 1,000 square ft home and sometimes gets to hot (I am not complaining Lol) saves us alot of money

I have used many hearthstone stoves over the years including the Mansfield, new Green Mountain and Manchester wood stoves. I am so satisfied with the performance and efficiency of these stoves. I don’t understand how so many people have draft issues. I haven’t once had smoke in the building from any of these stoves. Never once! Sounds like user error or poor draft to me. Also I sweep my chimneys once every year and these stove are so clean burning there is practically no soot to clean. I burned the green mountain all year and got maybe a coffee cup worth of soot out of the chimney and baffle. Love my Hearthstone Stoves! Would highly recommend!
