They are great very friendly and the dr made sure you knew what was going on I was diagnosed with cataracts and he also helped me with referral for my eyes to get fixed hopefully if not to see better at least cosmetically I have a condition where can see out of one eye at a time and he could see that i can control which eye I look out of but left eye didn't want cooperate at times very friendly and knowledgeable dr also lady helped me with glasses application to get money off and was very polite and courteous I'm thankful for all of them. They also work with you I bought a pair of over glasses sunglasses and they let me exchange them for ones that fit over my glasses that were right size so i give them a 6 or more out of a 5 they go above and beyond to make sure patients are happy and taken care of so I say thank you to them.

Although we are new to the area as part time residents, and willing to pay, doctor would not see my wife, even though she had an eye infection.

My family and I love Heritage eye care! We have our eye exams done here and most recently purchased glasses. There is a great selection of glasses to pick from and I love my new pair. I highly recommend!

Want an example of the most deplorable customer service ever? Try ordering a pair of prescription sunglasses from this place. While the doctor is grand, and the front staff used to be likewise, something has changed - and the current state has made me decide to take my business elsewhere. After having ordered frames and lenses for computer-prescription glasses, I decided to finally order prescription sunglasses. I picked out the style, had the measurements done and was told they'd arrive in two weeks. What arrived was an atrocious-looking, 1970's style pair of sunglasses that I'd never have picked. When I pointed out to the staff that these were not the correct pair - the amount of stonewalling (from initially proclaiming that I had provided the frames to them, to outright lying to me then accusing me of not knowing the types of frames I had selected) and the lack of any sort of understanding, apology or attempt to make things right makes it seem as if these folks are trying to hide their illegal activity: e.g., bait-and-switch sales promotions. The frames I initially selected cost $100 more than what I was provided. Not only THAT, ccording to the staff, the sunglasses frames are not "model" samples, they're the actual frames being purchased. In other words, during a global pandemic, these folks are selling "used" frames (floor model examples) without any regard to spreading disease - and they're selling "used" frames at top-dollar prices. What. A. Scam.

I found the office to be well organized, with knowledgable staff and efficiency in the way the office is run and with scheduling. Dr. Page provided a very thorough evaluation after learning about my complete history, making sure to answer all questions, explain all tests and educate me concerning my particular results. I have been to many different optometrists over the last 10 years due to moving, doctors retiring, etc, and I found the care to be exceptional at my first visit. I also had exceptional service in finding a new pair of glasses and when they did not have the frame in the color I requested, they went above and beyond to order some for me to try. I highly recommend this office for your general and regular eye care.

The previous owner/ optometrist, Dr.S. has recently sold her business to Dr Todd Page. I last bought new glasses over 25 years ago which, though unavoidable , is horrendous. I did have one eye exam in 2012 but was unable to fill the prescription. However, periodically my old pair needed repair quite often and the staff were always very willing to fulfil that and I struggled on with my scratched up pair. Because of this, I never had the opportunity to evaluate Dr. S. Although I was somewhat uncomfortable with the test as she seemed to rattle through it as if by rote and I could not feel secure in the result, although it may have been accurate. In that light the arrival of Dr.Todd Page is a welcome one and, as a momentary cash availability allowed me to finally be tested and get new glasses. This time I felt very confident in the result of the eye test and found Melissa's help in making the various selections invaluable as, due to the quality my vision, I am unable to determine if a certain frame looks good on me. The fitting seemed fine in the office but what with cycling and moving around it was necessary to return for a tighter fitting the following day, which was excellent. My only suggestion is that the process of receiving eye drops and the subsequent need to wait in the waiting area for my irises to fully open for examination be handled so that the combination of the wait and seeing several other patients going into the examination room not be disconcerting. Otherwise a great experience. Maybe I could have saved a $ or two at a mall optician but I felt more secure with a local, privately owned and operated business.

They women at the desk are lovely. However, the optometrist is not good. I went to her for over 2 years, and was never satisfied with my contact prescription. She told me "it's the best it's going to get". This year I found someone new and they found that she had given me an astigmatism in my right eye with an astigmatism lens when I didn't even have an astigmatism in that eye!!!! Terrible!
