We had a great experience building our modular home with Fecteau Homes! Communication was excellent and they really felt like a partner throughout the whole customization process.
Everyone on the team was attentive and took the time to understand what we wanted as first-time homeowners, helping us stay within budget while still making choices that fit our needs. We especially want to thank Ashley, Jason, and Luke—and their teams—for going above and beyond to make it all happen.
Overall, it felt like a 5-star experience. We always felt supported and our home turned out to be everything we wanted and more.

I purchased a Fecteau home in March 2023. The best part is the home is highly energy efficient which is a big bonus in VT. Any and all issues I have had with my new home have been remedied and fixed by either Fecteau themselves or the warranty company they call for larger issues. I'm sure I have come across as a pain as I know I only have one year to report any issues but they have never been rude or unprofessional when I have contacted them. I have been reading reviews complaining about cheap materials but that is on the manufacturer I would assume. I recently had Garrett assist me close on a new home! He was very helpful, supportive and "Johnny on the spot" throughout the whole process. Dan of the Fecteaus was a very friendly and personable salesman and even Lee at the final walkthrough! The residental package was turn-key ready to go, energy star rated too. Thanks a ton guys!
