We had a great experience building our modular home with Fecteau Homes! Communication was excellent and they really felt like a partner throughout the whole customization process.
Everyone on the team was attentive and took the time to understand what we wanted as first-time homeowners, helping us stay within budget while still making choices that fit our needs. We especially want to thank Ashley, Jason, and Luke—and their teams—for going above and beyond to make it all happen.
Overall, it felt like a 5-star experience. We always felt supported and our home turned out to be everything we wanted and more.

I purchased a Fecteau home in March 2023. The best part is the home is highly energy efficient which is a big bonus in VT. Any and all issues I have had with my new home have been remedied and fixed by either Fecteau themselves or the warranty company they call for larger issues. I'm sure I have come across as a pain as I know I only have one year to report any issues but they have never been rude or unprofessional when I have contacted them. I have been reading reviews complaining about cheap materials but that is on the manufacturer I would assume. We had a house fire in January 2024, My wife and I went to Fecteau and ordered a new home with all our options on March 15th 2024. The new home was delivered June 3rd, and everything was just as ordered. Perfect. Special thanks to Dan Fecteau, Garrett, Ashley, in the office... And Devon, Kevin, Dima, Jason, and Jim Breer in support. We couldn't be happier, the entire experience was made easy in a time of stress..
