We lost power in half our house overnight, I sent a service request through their website at 6 AM, got a call from the office at 8 AM and was able to schedule a repair for the same day. The guys were communicative and thorough, we got our problem fixed by 10:30 AM! I really appreciate how quickly we got everything resolved, and on a snowy day no less

We are very grateful for Bolt electric. They were prompt in getting us scheduled and were early on the day of the service. Afterward we called them because of a different issue. We embarrassingly missed this very simple fix. Bolt was non-judgmental of these new homeowners and really accommodating to visit us the same day.
