Josh is the MAN! This guy REALLY understands Linux systems! A great multi-tasker, excellent communicator. Amiable and knowledgeable. Sticks to what he says, prompt service! I can’t say enough good things about NEComputer. I’ve been a customer over 20 years and they are unfailingly professional, helpful and fair. More than a few times Josh has gone out of his way to help me figure out a problem or glitch. Their costs are reasonable and I have never felt pressured or hustled into a more expensive option.There are businesses that gave more stock and more staff, but I defy you to show me one with more dedication to quality service and community spirit. A great example of small business at its best.
Very helpful, informative, and was able to quickly fix it while I waited. Prices were the best around, and he even gave us some extra memory and cleaned out our speakers for free. Definitely going to go back!!
