Mark was prompt in returning my call and doing the correct diagnosis and repair. He explained everything thoroughly and in language that made sense. He also was clear in ways to prevent a recurrence of this, after all, not so costly, but still quite inconvenient, problem. A bonus, his partner in the space, Paul, is also cheerfully accommodating & helpful. I highly recommend Marc for cell phone fixes anytime.
I had a two year old IPhone that green screened for no obvious reason. Marc looked it over and had it fixed within a week at a reasonable price. Although I didn’t need this phone anymore the pictures on it were priceless to me.
