I just love Karen Dalury and her sacred space! I feel blessed to have met her years ago and to have fully embraced my practice with her as a student and new yoga instructor. She has taught me so very much. Her alignment-based teaching, along with her from the heart teaching makes for a meaningful class each time I practice in her space. Karen’s sense of humor and her ability to chuckle at herself makes her classes light and relaxing. Thank you for this space
