This review is very long overdue. I went to Pat nearly a year ago when I was on vacation in Lake George, and I promised I would write, but I put it off and then kept forgetting. Anyway, I have persistent pain in between my shoulder blades and spine. It got to the point last summer that it was debilitating. Pat helped a ton and made the rest of my stay tolerable. Katelyn is a hair stylist straight from heaven. In small town VT it can be hard to connect with a salon who truly cares about the client and the client experience. I’ve been going here for the past year or so and every visit has been truly wonderful. Through balayage to highlights to regular cuts, Katelyn has done it all with ease. I have been going to Killington Yoga for over 6 years now, and it truly has changed my life. I typically attend Karen's Vinyasa class and it is very powerful with a focus on proper alignment. Not to mention that you practice in a beautiful loft studio with perfect Vermont charm. I came to Karen with back problems and she has carefully guided me and trained me how to strengthen my core and take care of my back. She has many other wonderful classes and I have enjoyed all that I have taken, all of her instructors are top notch. Also if you are here in summer try her SUP yoga on a paddle board - wow it is just awesome! If you are looking for a yoga class that makes you feel great- don't miss Killington Yoga!
The crew at goodro's is always very helpful plus it's a fun place to visit
