These folks are great!!! The three guys who showed up were very friendly and professional. They made quick work of a ton of junk including a large mattress and very heavy sleep sofa. They hauled stuff from basement crawlspaces and a garage loft. I later discovered that we had all overlooked an old recliner chair I wanted removed and when I contacted Margaret she scheduled to come pick it up personally 48 hours later for no additional charge. Strongly recommend their service!!!

On very short notice, KIS Clean Outs responded to our request for immediate assistance and came through with flying colors. They quickly provided a quote that we considered to be very reasonable and a few short days later the two bedroom condo was cleaned out, as requested and hoped for. The process could not have been handled better and we are very grateful that KIS came through for us. I recommend them highly and without reservation. They were great to work with and they did an outstanding job.
