These folks are great!!! The three guys who showed up were very friendly and professional. They made quick work of a ton of junk including a large mattress and very heavy sleep sofa. They hauled stuff from basement crawlspaces and a garage loft. I later discovered that we had all overlooked an old recliner chair I wanted removed and when I contacted Margaret she scheduled to come pick it up personally 48 hours later for no additional charge. Strongly recommend their service!!!
Katie is always very helpful and attentive to our dogs needs and personality. We were in for a simple vaccine, and last min, there were emergency surgeries scheduled with other dogs, and Katie could have cancelled our app to accommodate the changes, but she went ahead and offered to admin the vaccine for us so docs could attend to others. Katie greets our pup with love and enthusiasm ever y visit. Citrine loves going to the doctor. :) We appreciate their care and expertise.

Had a great haircut by Michele, the owner. After evaluating my curly hair she suggested a Deva Cut, where the hair is cut dry and then washed and styled. She was so efficient and I really liked the cut she gave me, and I found out at the end that though the deva cut was more expensive, she just charged me the haircut I initially booked. I really appreciate her emphasis on giving the client a great experience, as well as her knowledge and skill at cutting unruly curls.

I grew up in the Upper Valley, my husband was not local when we were dating, but he knew shopping local was important to me, so he bought my engagement ring from Cloverleaf 14 years ago. My matching wedding band followed. We now live about an hour and a half away. I was in the area visiting in October. I fell in love with a necklace, but didn’t buy it because I was shopping for a gift for a friend, not myself, and it seemed frivolous. Christie remembered who I was, and even what I did for a job. Impressive. My husband asked me if I had purchased anything and I told him I hadn’t but there was a tempting sparkly necklace. He filed that away, and at Christmas I was so surprised to open a gift box and see it twinkling back at me. He had reached out to Christie and Pat and asked if they remembered me visiting and they had. They sent him a photo of the necklace to confirm and shipped it. Their customer service is just fantastic. The store is adorable, with so many trinkets and pretty/fun things.

I only got a couple photos of the women's dressing/lockers and shower area. I left my phone in the locker once I changed into the spa supplied robe. Ive been enjoying the Stronghouse Spa in Quechee VT for about 6 years. Though, not on a regular basis - as much as I would like. This spa is quiet, cozy and laid back. You will most likely be greeted by Sheila at entry where she will review your service details, ask you to kick your shoes off and then spray eucalyptus oil in your hands to kick start your journey. She will ask you to rub it in your hands and take a deep breath. Ahhhh...aromatherapy! The spa's interior and overall vibe leans into its historical roots vs modern clinical design. Afterall, the building is over 200 years old! It feels very comforting and homey, with antique furnishings and decor. Expect a truly authentic experience with professional and knowledgeable staff that take care of your every need. The day we went, my boyfriend enjoyed a much needed full body massage with Allison that left him feeling relaxed for days. I love the body treatments so I enjoyed the mud wrap body treatment. This treatment starts with 10 min of dry Sauna time to prepare the skin. I felt like a baby being bathed, scrubbed and massaged. This head to toe / front & back treatment went down like this:
1. Dry brush
2. Oil massaged in
3. Mud brushed on
4. Wrapped up like a burrito
While wrapped for 30 min...
5. 15 min Scalp or foot massage - you pick
6. 15 min of 😴 time (where you will likely drool)
7. Unwrap and rinse - barb will rinse you while you relax.
8. Towel dry - barb does this too while you relax.
9. Lotion massage
10. ✔ Your session is complete
