I reached out to Neat Sweep Chimney services last fall for an estimate to do some preventive maintenance on our Chimney. Nick provided a prompt and comprehensive estimate to repoint and new crown as well as a cap for our chimney. The price I felt was fair and we agreed to a schedule. He reached out two weeks prior to our agreed date to confirm this spring. Nick and his son were here on the date scheduled and worked around the weather to complete the work. Both he and his son were conscientious about keeping things clean as well as protecting what surrounded the work being done. This is the 2nd time I've had chimney services done by Neat Sweep and I am so pleased with their work. Scheduling an appointment was easy and on the day of the appointment Nick arrived on-time and did a great job cleaning the chimney for us. He also installed a replacement blower fan I had ordered. I really appreciated that he fit this extra work into his schedule. He answered all of my questions. Neat Sweep is my go to chimney cleaning service. Service like this is very rare these days.

Nick was great. He explained how our fireplaces worked, did a thorough inspection, and explained what needed to be addressed now vs down the line. Very trustworthy, will 100% work with Neat Sweep again.
