I reached out to Neat Sweep Chimney services last fall for an estimate to do some preventive maintenance on our Chimney. Nick provided a prompt and comprehensive estimate to repoint and new crown as well as a cap for our chimney. The price I felt was fair and we agreed to a schedule. He reached out two weeks prior to our agreed date to confirm this spring. Nick and his son were here on the date scheduled and worked around the weather to complete the work. Both he and his son were conscientious about keeping things clean as well as protecting what surrounded the work being done. The finish product was quality and we added sweeping the chimney as well which they accommodated. They both put booties on entering our home and were careful on the inside of our house as well.

I rarely give any service provider a 5 star review, after years in customer service there is always something we could have done to improve the level of service. That was not the case with a recent service for my RV that Mike provided. We had an issue with a slide-out that was going to require replacing hardware and motors on both sides of the slide, replacing a cooler that was beginning to fail and some smaller maintenance issues. The issue was the amount of time that we were going to be in the South Hero area. We live full time on our rig and were traveling to a special family function in Cooperstown NY. As we are all aware finding parts can be a challenge, especially when you have a short window of time. Mike ordered the parts most of them arrived in time and he was able to replace the slide hardware and corrected our major problem. The surprise was the delayed shipping for the air conditioner replacement. It was not due to arrive until Monday afternoon, the day we were departing the area. Mike said not to worry when the air conditioner arrives he would deliver and install the replacement. Well we were moving three and half hours away! Mike said that was not a problem. He bid the work, ordered the parts and would complete the service! I was taken back by his professionalism, and his commitment to providing his customers with the best service possible. In the end Mike delivered everything he had promised and exceed our expectations for customer service. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and experienced RV repair professional.
