Had a fantastic visit with Kevin, during my stay in East Burke. He was very friendly and responsive, even accommodating my last minute appointment request. He worked extensively on a lingering hiking injury I've been dealing with, offering suggestions for ongoing treatments, local (to my home) PT clinicians, and sending me out the door feeling loose and limber. Chuck and his crew are amazing. They did a wonderful job installing and we love our floor. We’ve recently run into a small issue in a very secluded area. Chuck was very quick to respond and worked around our schedule to come out and evaluate, so we can get it taken care of quickly. They clearly take pride in their work and their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever received. I would not recommend going any where else for any flooring need you may have!!
