Highly recommend! Both Kevin and Bonnica are knowledgeable and professional. I have visited them for both acute and chronic issues and am thankful to have them as my primary massage therapists for the better part of the past 5 years.Kevin and Bonnica are athletes themselves and very knowledgeable of the needs of their patients to help keep them able to continue being active- I highly recommend visiting them especially after a day cycling and/or skiing!

Great place! Bonnica was knowledgeable and professional, would definitely recommend. I visited for specific muscle pains and strains due to sport/work/lifestyle and she listened to what I had going on and went to work with a plan.Very sport and recreation focused at their shop, great spot to visit after a hard day skiing or biking!

This was a really great experience. Went three consecutive days for deep tissue after riding. Perfect way to end the day and get ready for the next day of riding. Bonnica was really great. She is a biker so she knew exactly what needed work. She went really deep and was always checking in to make sure the pressure wasn't too hard to tolerate. She was persistent with spots until the mussels opened up. The place was very clean and they were on schedule w no waiting. Highly recommend giving it a try. I'll be back when I visit again in July.
