“We have used North Danville Pet Hotel (NDPH) on three occasions over the past year for boarding our 10 year old dog. Each stay, ranging from 2-10 days, has been a positive experience. Laurie has been pleasant and easy to get a hold of. I’ve been provided photos and updates about my dog during her stay without prompting, which was a nice touch. Laurie has also been accommodating when last minute changes arose on my end, impacting when I was dropping off and picking up. Overall, I am comfortable leaving our furry friend with NDPH while we are away, and I feel the cost to board our dog is fair.”
