We have used North Danville Pet Hotel (NDPH) on three occasions over the past year for boarding our 10 year old dog. Each stay, ranging from 2-10 days, has been a positive experience. Laurie has been pleasant and easy to get a hold of. I’ve been provided photos and updates about my dog during her stay without prompting, which was a nice touch. Laurie has also been accommodating when last minute changes arose on my end, impacting when I was dropping off and picking up. Overall, I am comfortable leaving our furry friend with NDPH while we are away, and I feel the cost to board our dog is fair.

Laurie cares about the pets she cares for, she sent me updates and videos of my little guy while he stayed with her during my vacation. I also bring him there to get groomed. I'm at ease any time he is there because I know he is still getting care and attention like he would at home. Definitely recommend.

Laurie at the North Danville Pet Hotel provided noteworthy, reliable, and affordable boarding for our 6 yo female Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Penny was socialized responsibly while we were able to enjoy a family event. On this, her second multi day stay, it was good to know she would be well cared for. She even whimpered as we left because she didn’t seem to want to leave! Thanks!
