“Melanie took care of our 21 week old puppy who was so shaggy an unkempt looking, my fingers had a hard time working her clips for harnesses etc because I couldn't see what I was doing. All I can say is that she blew me away when I saw the final look of our pup. WOW. Made me giddy. I love it! She's talented, lovely with our little pup, and clearly excels in the space of dog grooming. The facility was spotless, and calm, what a wonderful experience for a young dog learning the ropes. Definitely happy to establish a relationship with this lady for our pup. A+ experience end to end. Thrilled to be with them.“

“In terms of varieties of Guinea pigs, parakeets, geckos, fish, specialized pet foods and treats/ collars,etc., PetSmart is wonderful. I liked the knowledgeable PetSmart representative who fielded my questions about fish filters. I had the sense that he was an expert on fish. This store is huge ! It is beautifully organized and very clean. Staff members are variously busy with projects: cleaning cages, cuddling Guinea pigs, emptying litter box displays, and grooming pets. Their staff is professional and accommodating; and, returns are easy . The community is very fortunate to have a PetSmart here.“

“Our first time taking Poppy to a smaller groomer instead of a big one like inside of a pet store. And she did great, made new friends and even made it through a bath, nail clipping/grinding, and blow dry. She was so happy when we picked her up after the grooming appointment, her coat is so much more softer and shinier than before, and her nails look great! Now she’s taking a nice snooze on the couch after a great grooming experience! Miranda who we spoke with (I hope that was her name) was so great and personable, and made us feel not just welcomed but also like Poppy was in good hands. With her full body wiggle, it seems as if she really was in good hands! We can’t wait for our next visit!“

“This place is the best! When I moved to Vermont from Maine my dog got attacked and bit by another dog and Mt. Mansfield Animal Hospital got us in immediately. They were so kind and caring to both me and my dog. The attack was very traumatic for us and I did not handle it well, but the staff took such good care of my dog and helped to calm me down. Then a few months later when my dog got really sick, they again got us in the same day (they were busy but still let us come) as I was very concerned about the symptoms my dog was experiencing. The people here genuinely care about the pets that come in and take care them as those they are their own. They also do not over charge and try to keep the final bill as low as possible. I can't say enough nice things about this place and would give them 10 stars if I could!“

We initially went to Bow Meow because of Cindy specializing in poodles, and have stayed for the exceptional service and care that our dog receives. Cindy and her staff have consistently shown compassion to our shy dog by noticing his body language and taking it slow. Each time our dog is groomed to our specifications, smells amazing, ears cleaned, and nails are trimmed. Cindy has also given us brushing recommendations that has helped us prevent matted fur in between appointments. I highly recommend Bow Meow for the full service dog grooming, especially if you have a poodle/doodle!“
