My daughter just saw Rex today to help with her ongoing Leaky gut and acid reflux. Rex was so sweet and so patient with her. Rex had gentle touches and was able to connect on her level. Rex is phenomenal. My wife found them for me and I’ve been a loyal client for 3 years now. We have great chats while together and I always leave feeling relaxed. I have back and shoulder issues which always feel much better after a session. They introduced me to CST which has been extremely impactful towards my anxiety disorder. Highly recommend.

I have seen Rex for years to help with ongoing lower back pain, and headaches caused by tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. I so appreciate how Rex begins every session by talking through my body issues and the areas I'd like to focus on for the session. I always feel very comfortable in the relaxing environment that Rex creates, and their bodywork alleviates so much of the stress and pain that I come in with. I saw Rex through my pregnancy this year, and Rex was super helpful in adapting positions and techniques based on what I needed at the time.
