The best time ever! We did dog Pilates for my bachelorette in cape cod and it was seriously the best day. All the dogs were puppies, their handlers were amazing, kind and responsible. And the puppies, adorable!!! Highly recommend!

We ❤️ Water and Rock Studio. Our in- home yoga instructor is simply awesome. Our in-home exercise instructor is better than best. The personalized attention with one to one instruction tailored to our individual needs is exactly what we were looking for. And we found it with Water and Rock Studio!

I’ve been 3 times and each was great. It’s a good combination of a relaxation for your body (yoga part) and for your soul (goats!!). It depends on what is your priority. I usually start with my full attention to yoga instructor to move somewhere in the middle of the session to simply playing with goats! They just wonder around, you have to love them!Take a friend and go to the Farm for the Goat Yoga session. Always a good time!!
