I’ve been 3 times and each was great. It’s a good combination of a relaxation for your body (yoga part) and for your soul (goats!!). It depends on what is your priority. I usually start with my full attention to yoga instructor to move somewhere in the middle of the session to simply playing with goats! They just wonder around, you have to love them!Take a friend and go to the Farm for the Goat Yoga session. Always a good time!!

What an awesome experience! Will definitely do again! Love seeing and supporting our local farms, cuddling adorable goats, and starting a Sunday morning in a peaceful, sunny environment. Thank you so much for sharing this slave with us!!!
