Incredible piercing experience! Julie is clearly very knowlegable and was able to ease any nerves my friend or I had. Definitely planning to return for more piercings in the future!
I decided on VT Custom because they had the most obvious signs of inclusion for care - and I am *so glad* I trusted that. June was responsive via email and so kind and professional as I entered the shop. They made sure I was comfortable with the design and cost before next steps. Then they were patient and encouraging on placement. Chat during the tattoo was easy, respectful, and time flew by. Their intake paperwork includes pronouns and asks if you have any specific needs for care (like triggers) before starting the process. Julie is amazing! She is very kind and attentive. She let me know that I do not have the anatomy for my surface Tragis and that if I continued to keep it in it would rip my ear. She also let me know I didn't have the anatomy for multiple piercings, instead of just doing the piercing she was kind enough to let me know that it would cause me harm. She is the kindest and best piercer I have ever been to. She stays 100% honest and will let you know the truth. She prioritizes morals instead of money, and is a true professional.
