I LOVE taking NIA classes at South End Studio. In the Summer, the classes are held outside at the beautiful surf club Pavillion staring at the lake. Couldn’t be better! The teachers are great, the music is great and the dance moves are something anyone can do. Don’t hesitate to try this!
