Bill and the AMAZING yogi’s at Hot Yoga Burlington have been the focus of my days for the last 3 years. After battling cancer and other trauma in my life I relied on the classes at HYB to guide me through the days. I continue to be inspired by the dedication of the community and our guidance from everyone at HYV. I honestly can say I don't know how I would have coped without looking forward to going to the studio a few times a week. Now my husband comes with me so that is an additional bonus. A huge thank you to everyone, not only instructors but a thank you to everyone who has ever shared the beautiful space and classes with me.

I've been practicing vinyasa yoga on and off for over ten years while living in Philly, NYC, and LA. I moved to VT a few years ago and it was tough to find everything I was looking for in a yoga studio. Luckily, while living in WRJ, I traveled to BVT and took my first class at HYBV with Steph. She is *by far* one of the best instructors I've ever had. Each of her classes is unexpectedly different and sensibly challenging, never the same, boring, or simple movements. We met Bill at Lake Champlain on a sailboat cruise. We got to talking about yoga and he invited our group in and led one of the best hot yoga classes I have ever been to! It allowed for all levels to practice at their skill level, the studio was clean and very calming!! I would highly recommend this hot yoga studio and anytime I’m back in Burlington I will definitely pay it a visit!
