I love the fact that Cynthea's offered full leg Brazilian package pricing. Instead of having to pay for two separate services. I also appreciated the use of two different waxes, soft wax with strips for the legs and less sensitive areas, and then a switch to hard wax for the more sensitive bits. It created a good combination of speed and care. my waxer Jamie was also a great conversationalist and really helped keep my mind off of the pain. there was also a lot of great communication pre-appointment. I have had several waxing appointments with Jaime and couldn't be happier with the results. The office is comfortable, clean and has a serene environment. Jaime is professional, has the expertise and is very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Jaime.

Unfortunately, I messed up the dates on my appointment. I was a week ahead, but the woman behind the desk assured me that it was a simple mistake and that I didn't owe a fee for messing up. I was so excited for this appointment, and even more excited after seeing the spa. All in all, I was upset that I didn't get to have the massage I booked (i'm from out of town and can't make it back for the next week) but I felt reassured that everything was okay. She even recommended other massage services around the area that would be available.
