I had a plumbing problem. Thought I would need a total rebuild of the shower. BP came out, took a look, and found a reasonable way to fix the issue without having to replace everything. They were recommended by my condo association manager, and I am very pleased with their customer service and plumbing work.

Ryan came over to help me with an insurance issue where nobody could figure out what’s going on. He was there for two minutes told me exactly what was up and then made plans to help me mitigate for the future. Very efficient and transparent how he laid out the option as well and allowed me (the customer) to make the decisions that were practical and right for me.

Worked with the prior owner once prior on pumping. Called the business again and it is now under new ownership (BP Wastewater). Very professional outfit, from ease of scheduling to paying the bill, they were great to deal with. Would recommend them to a friend or neighbor and will be using them at our new property as well.

Called BP last week regarding a clogged kitchen drain. Two service people were sent that afternoon to check it out. They worked together to snake the drain. They cleaned up after the work was finished. They explained everything they did and answered all questions I had. Total time in the house was 35-45 minutes. I was satisfied that the work was done completely and drain has been working perfectly since their visit.

We were disappointed with our two repairs obtained from BP wastewater. In the first instance they arrived to clear a clogged house trap, recommended several further repairs to prevent a recurrence of back uos, but never responded when we subsequently called on several occasions to get the work done they had recommended. . Scheduling on the second occasion (which was facilitated by our realtor) when they knew we had a definite due by date in relation to the sale of our house was left on their end very indeterminate, and then we got a call were BP wanted to do the job the next day with the implication.that if we were not available perhaps the work would not be done in time. On both occasions they left a mess in the affected. Bathroom and on the second occasion left tools, loose cement sand pushed over an unafixed sewer cleaning trap, more cement mixing residue in our utility sink and a small pile of cement sand deposited on our front lawn. Pretty much the only game in town. - so you might have to go with them but we can’t recommend them.
