Ann Taylor Physical Therapy & Massage

I'm a 29 y/o whose job require that I maintain a strong level of fitness and health. I try to get massage therapy at least once a month so that I can continue to train and do my job at the highest level possible. While traveling through the area I had the opportunity to get an appointment with Ann. I've been getting massage therapy for over 7 years and she is by far one of the most knowledgeable and experienced practitioners I have ever met. As others have said, don't confuse this talented and very experienced PT/MT with a similarly named clothing line. As of this writing, I've had one massage session with Ann, and I came away feeling like my skin fit better on my body, or my body fit better in my skin; take your pick. While I was not there for a specific problem, she did the kind of assessment I would expect at a physical therapy visit, not a massage session. She gave me some great feedback about my body. Ann is awesome! She knows the human body and has an amazing background in Physical Therapy. I starting seeing Ann when I had bad back pain. Ann did a whole body evaluation of my gate and provided advice on how to best take care of my back and prevent further back problems. She is awesome at deep tissue and knows exactly what is needed. I always feel better and am never too sore the next day. I have been seeing Ann for over 8 years. My mother who is in her 80's is a regular too and sees her at her home. .She is the best! She has great downtown location too.
