“We own a small apartment building in Bellows Falls and James has been our go-to for every need. We use them for our oil, heating, and plumbing and they are always prompt and very respectful. As a property manager I know I can always count on them if an emergency arises. They have repaired an ancient boiler from the 50's so we could get our tenants hooked up with minisplits. They replaced 2 water heaters when we decommissioned the boiler and the other water heater leaked. Now they are fixing a leaky tub that has old fixtures. They have always been prompt and reliable with any service. We had a gentleman help us at 1130 pm one night. Best company around and will always have our business. This was all with in the last year as well. They are amazing. 10/10 would recommend.“
