He knows what the problem is really fast given his competence knowledge and extensive experience and he resolves it quickly and economically. I called him last Saturday night and he called back right away and then called me back early Sunday morning having thought about all the information I had given him and then came over in a short while and fixed the problem which was such a relief because I live alone and worried about my septic system backing up and was panicked.
