For 15 months, none of the showers have been working, dozens of pieces of equipment and treadmills are broken, and trash is scattered all over the gym. This place has turned into a dump.

I had my membership for a month and I already want to cancel it. The reviews aren't lying, and I wish that I had read them before purchasing my membership. Most of the machines do not work/ are outdated, the pins from the weight machines are always missing which makes no sense (who would steal them/ take them out?), no employee in sight, you could literally walk in with no gym card and no one will notice, no AC or fans (I pass out easily so it's disappointing how hot it always is). I purchased a membership for this gym because it was open for 24 hours, they changed the hours of operation a week into having my membership. Overall this gym is possibly the worst gym I've ever been to in my 26 years of life.

I like the gym and have been going for a couple years but am disappointed with the maintenance and that it is no longer open 24 hours.

Hours were very convenient. I only have time to work late night. Will be canceling my membership.

I haven't taken a shower in 2 months. The reason is there is no hot water. I ask every time. It's always the same.
