Great company- very responsive and reasonable diagnostic fee compared to most other companies. Sam was a 10/10! Very responsive, super professional and knowledgeable. Fixed my AC in one day, when others were giving me 3 day turnaround. I highly recommend!
Our AC went out on a 94 degree day and Universal came out same day and fixed it in less than an hour. The technician, Sam, was really kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We'll be using them again for maintenance and future needs.
I couldn't be happier. I found water all over my utility room coming from my AC. I contacted Universal Heat and Air and explained the issue. 3 hours later Sam came out and fixed the problem. Sam was awesome, he was professional and took time to explain everything I needed to know. He even threw in some great tips to keep my system running well.
