Overall, the place is great. The only exception to that is the Surgical Services Lobby. If you're waiting for anyone, you're likely to be cooked to death by all the magnifying glass in the waiting area. No matter what time of year, it's horrible. You're either forced down the hall or outside every few to cool off. Blinds really need to be installed!

I went to the ER in the early morning hours in September and honestly I was preparing myself for the classic ER marathon wait. Instead, I barely had time to warm the seat before they called me back. I explained what was going on and within 20 minutes I was in the back, vitals taken, blood drawn, and everything explained clearly like I was the star of my own medical documentary.
Victoria was my nurse in the ER and she was fantastic. When my results came back, she let me know I would be admitted and personally wheeled my bed upstairs like VIP transport.
