Sears Carpet cleaning team came to clean my carpet on 01/09/2022. Upon leaving their heavy duty cleaning equipment landed on my front entrance door thresher and broke a part of it leaving a space for bugs, hot and cold air to come in and out of my house. I was able to get to the manager eventually who promised me that they will fix this issue. He sent someone to come and fix the person came assessed the damaged and took measurements and said he was going to lowes to the part, he came back and said the part is not in stock so Sears will order it and he will come back and work on it when he receives it. Now after some time the manager told me he can not get the person who came over so he will need to get another person to come and fix. So the 2nd person came over started to work on it, this person just started ripping the whole thresher out without assessing the entire work and when I asked him to wait and take a look at the extent of damage and what he needs to do to fix he said he has to stop and tell sears to bring someone who is an expert. So I was upset because he had made the damage worse. Now I asked the manager and even sent him pictures and he said he can't find anyone to fix it. It's been over a year and no one has made a decision to fix. I don't recommend this company in Lorton, Virginia
