I’m fairly new to her chair, but already a repeat customer because she’s the only person I trust with my hair now. She’s honestly a hidden gem. She doesn’t just “do” my hair, she genuinely cares about the overall health of it and gives thoughtful, honest advice about what it needs.
Every appointment feels peaceful and almost nostalgic in the best way, like being back in a familiar, comforting salon from my childhood. I always leave feeling relaxed, cared for, and confident. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their hair.
Jay did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and sharing past hair trauma. She took the time to listen and offer solutions in regards to my crown. So grateful to have met her!
