I have been to this Salon/Spa many times. The first thing you will notice is the decor which is very inviting. They offer an array of services including Manicure, Pedicure, Massage, Facial, Hair Services, Waxing etc. I do enjoy this place more so during the weekday because it is very relaxing. I went on a Sunday and it was more like a hangout. The staff was loud talking across the room to each other in Vietnamese, which for someone who doesn't speak Vietnamese it can get irritating when it escalates above light chatter. But other than those times the experience is very relaxing. They have private areas for Pedicures which are much quieter. I may try that next time. Everyone I have encountered has been very polite. When I get a pedicure (Helen) takes her time and is amazing. She always offers me something to drink, a choice between, water, wine, tea or coffee. Yes ladies I said wine! That in and of itself is worth the experience. I've also had the experience of having a massage here from (LT) I can say, on a local level it was one of the best massages I've ever had. She listens to your needs and requests. This spa offers couple massages and private couple pedicures which I feel is a good day date with your spouse or significant other.
This was my first time coming for a full set and Lauren (Loren) was lovely! she was precise with everything and I got ombré, the pink she used at first she noticed was too light for my skin tone and decided to change it for me! I am very happy with the choice and she spent her time on me and I didn’t feel rushed! Will definitely come back again, she was understanding to my wants and if I didn’t like something she fixed it no questions or attitude. She has great professionalism and work ethic!
I normally love this place. But today I walked in and the place was filthy. There were spider webs hanging from the lights and it’s obvious that no one has cleaned overnight. The shampoo area had equipment just laying in the seats. No one offered water and for some reason I began itching. As I left it got worse. Went to patient first and they gave me allergy meds and steroids. This is so disappointing because I love this place. I drove from Fredericksburg. My nails were okay. Not the quality I’ve come to expect. Yes but I’ve never had an allergic reaction to getting services before. Please schedule a deep clean. For the health of your patrons.
