Janella is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, inviting, and she’s enthusiastic about teaching you how to care for your hair between appointments. My experience from day one with Janella is that she does her best to be prompt - you’re not going to arrive on time and have to wait for your appointment to start. She staggers her clients so that her studio is not packed (you always have a place to sit), and you ALWAYS leave with beautifully done hair! Janella is the BEST! She revived my hair! I had a terrible hair care experience prior to coming to Janella and Janella brought back my hair health and length! My hair has grown a lot since I started seeing her.
