This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a business. He was so incredibly helpful with my key fob and went well and above the extra mile. We live a little bit further away from here, but will always recommend and go here for any locksmith needs we have.
Pro‑Key Locksmith delivered excellent service from start to finish. He answered the phone right away and took the time to respond to all my questions nicely and patiently. When I arrived at the shop, it was clean, organized, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. What stood out most was his honesty—everything he told me on the phone matched exactly what he said in person, with no surprises or changes. Reliable, straightforward, and great to work with. Oh and the best part.. I saved over 300 dollars with them helping me with the my key feature instead of going to the dealership.
Great experience - had keyless entry and another lock replaced, synced the keys to match. Called and received service same day. Kind and efficient customer service. Service provider, Cody was amazing - fast, knowledgeable, patient and cleaned up afterwards. Price was very reasonable and in line with the quote I received at time of scheduling. The thing is - I had a keyless entry lock installed last week by a different company - I couldn’t understand how to use the lock and I was charged almost double! If you need locks installed- save yourself time, frustration and money and just use this company! I will be recommending to my friends.
