Absolutely wonderful salon! Jessica is very knowledgeable, understanding and patient!! I just love her!!

Premiere Hair Lounge is my hair home! Jessica has been an angel on earth for me and my family. I went to her with half relaxed hair, struggling to find peace and joy with my hair. It was too much to keep up and I was on the verge of cutting it all off. Jessica was so thoughtful and explained all my options to me. Over a year later, she has performed miracles via silk press and smoothing treatments. The deep conditioners are also amazing! My mother and sister frequent her salon also because her work is consistent and thorough. She provides a comfortable, laid back environment. I feel so comfortable walking in knowing I'm going to be in caring hands. I never feel rushed or forgotten like at other salons. If you want quality product and professionalism, visit Premiere Hair Lounge! I recommend Jessica to all who will listen. She is so respectful and I give her, her well due respect in return. I couldn't ask for a better person to care for my crown with love and compassion.

Stay away from this salon, terrible customer service and Owner is completely rude, unprofessional & extremely out of line.

We know she's going to try to say I never booked here, don't believe it. Common theme of mistreatment in all the bad reviews.

Fellow SHARK TANK Business Owner here: I had only 2 appointments at this salon with the Owner Jessica.
On my 1st visit, I shared that I wanted to establish trust due to past hair trauma of someone cutting alot off. But I should have known then that she didn’t show any empathy.
After my 2nd visit--literally a SIMPLE TRIM, the owner removed me from the online booking system & denied service.

I’m a reputable Business Owner, featured on Shark Tank and every network on your TV and radio, which she didn’t know—as one shouldn’t have to share that to be treated with decency.

I respected her request when she said she didn’t want to be recorded, and a video I took later on my own phone included only me—NOT her.
There is NO POLICY about recording on the website or in the salon (as of 3/17/26 which see might try to add later).

Removing a client over this minor, invisible issue is extreme. Trust I have no issue giving my money elsewhere.

Completely rude, unfriendly, and illogical.
Save yourself a headache and DON'T GO!

I have been going to Jessica for almost 12 years. She’s been great the entire time. Folks always want to know where I get my hair done. She gives me the mirror at every appt. but I never take it… I trust her.

I found Premiere Hair Lounge on Instagram about 6 months ago and have been going for monthly services ever since. Jessica is a wonderful stylist who is very knowledgeable about hair care. She talks with you about every step to make sure you are aware of what she is doing to your hair. She is extremely professional and kind. She will chat with you if you’d like but also be respectful if you need a quiet experience. The hair lounge is just that… a lounge not salon. It is a comfortable, uplifting environment with a relaxing atmosphere. She has soft music and/or tv and snacks! This is the first salon I have ever been to where other clients aren’t wrapped around the salon getting services at the same time. For all of my appointments, I have been the only person in the salon, which allows Jessica to focus on your hair and experience. I am grateful I found the Premiere Hair Lounge and would recommend it to anyone!
