Brought my rescue chihuahua here expecting a disaster because he snaps when strangers touch his paws. Somehow the groomer managed to trim all his nails without upsetting him too badly. They worked slowly and didn’t force him when he became anxious. I could tell they had experience handling difficult dogs instead of just rushing through appointments. There was a small mix-up with the pickup time, but they apologized immediately and offered him water while we waited. Very patient staff overall.
The grooming team did an amazing job with our pups! We have 2 rescues who can be nervous in new environments. The staff immediately started loving on our two boys! They barely noticed when I left. I picked them up a few hours later clean, smelling fresh and happy! I would highly recommend Pooch Purrfect!
My bernedoddle Teddy has been going to Pooch perfect consecutively for about 3 years now and we enjoy his visit each time! Because he suffers from seasonal allergies, we always add an oatmeal bath or paw soak to alleviate his symptoms and Pooch perfect provides just that! I also enjoy their personal touches by putting on a themed bandana at each visit. They’re super cute and match the current holiday/season :)
