I chose Plumb Perfect due to their Google page having mostly 5 star reviews. We discovered a water on the floor of our basement and couldn't figure out why. James stopped by to check it out and, of course, the leak did not happen. He explained the possible reason for our troubles and didn't charge me for his time. I really appreciated his honesty and kindness. I understand the reviews and plan on using this company in the future!
This is by far the BEST service and experience I’ve ever had!! James was the service technician who came out and he was here in less than 30 minutes and solved the problem! He was not only knowledgeable, but he was extremely kind…a good soul! Thank you again James!
Wow, just wow. It doesn't surprise me at all that this establishment has over a thousand five star reviews! Bobby came, he saw, and he conquered our plumbing (specifically our sink drain) issues with professionalism, enthusiasm, and knowledge of craft.
