Just experienced OUTSTANDING 5-Star service from 3 plumbing techs with Nichols & Phipps, Woodbridge. We discovered water leaking from an unknown source below our slab in the kitchen. Without any available plumbing plans for our 23yo house in Belmont Bay, Luke, Stephen & Edgar began a systematic search to locate the leak under the concrete slab, which they found. It was an Extremely difficult endeavor. They finally located the leak, replaced both hot & cold supply lines and repaired the slab, all in two days. Superior skill & service. Very polite, courteous & helpful throughout this trying evolution, and they cleaned up too. Definitely a 5-Star business.

I recently bought my first home and was looking around for different Plumbing/ HVAC companies. I had one previously come over and said I needed a new A/C unit for $12,000. Fred the owner then comes over after looking at my inspection list and educated me on what was needed and what wasn’t.
