If I could give 10/10 stars I would! Cree is my GIRL. So, if you all look up the Phenix Salon Suites, you'll see the picture of the building from the outside. Inside, there are little individual rooms of people who are all self employeed. I may be biased, but Cree is the best one! I met her four years ago now; knew her while she worked at Ulta, and followed her when she opened up her salon I've always hated getting my hair trimmed or re-layered bc no one ever did it right. Very unprofessional. Trying to rent a suite and you have to pull information out of the owner instead of her giving you all the information. I am 38 years old and I am big on customer service and its was very mediocre if that. I wanted to tour the two suites they had available. She gave me a time the next day, which didnt work for me as I had clients already scheduled. I gave her the day after in addition to other days and all they said was one wasn't available all of a sudden. So, I'm left in limbo like ok what time can I see the other one that's still available? Bad business practices. I came all the way from Maryland to see one of the suites in Woodbridge VA. Ms. Carolett who was scheduled to show me the space didn't show up for the appointment. And the guy across the hall couldn't find the right key. Moreover, the guy that scheduled the initial appointment to see the space called, but he didn't follow up to apologize or reschedule.
