Base boards and outer surfaces of cupboards were still dirty otherwise the rest was ok. Not what I expected for a deep clean. Overall, below my expectations. I’m not sure why I’m not given the option to upload pictures. I give 3 stars because they came in a timely manner and they will se sending someone out to clean the areas that were properly cleaned.

My sister-in-law is very particular and she commented that they didn't do a good job in the family room (the room that she's living in with the hospital bed and wheelchair). She said they just dusted around everything and seemed like they were in a rush.
I guess I forgot to show them where the trash was (those pull out drawers that hide the trash can in the lower cabinets) because they only took the recycle that was out in the open and the extra trash bag near the back door.
She said she did shake out the area rugs near the back door (that collect dog feet dirt) but it looked like, if they did, they put the rugs back down before the floors were mopped because I could see where the mopping stopped before the rug.
Tom told me that the every two weeks service would be $135/each time but I just noticed that my credit card was charged $250!! WHY??? The only extra charges that were mentioned was $40 extra to clean the inside of appliances and none of that was requested or done. $115 additional is an awful lot, so I'll need to find out about that.

Doris and her team did a great job with the move out deep cleaning process. They paid special attention to the baseboards and stubborn surfaces! The house smelled clean be fresh!
