Today I had my annual Sentricon bait check. In the past we had some issues so this time Kim Strohl(manager at Horner rd paramount ) came out with a tech to see what was going on. She found that my house was missing bait stations so she had the tech install a number of them around my back patio.
In all the years we have had Home Paramount, we have never had such a thorough inspection.
Ms Strohl went above and beyond as I believe all managers should. She takes pride in a job well done. Paramount should hire all their managers with the qualities and concerns that ms Strohl possesses.
Home Paramount came out to service my property. We had an issue and contacted the office and spoke to the manager named Kim. She sent out a few technicians to correct the problem immediately! This is the type of manager every company should have working for them!
Felix is our technician and we could not be happier! He explained the process in detail and was extremely thorough in treating our new to us home! I’m so pleased he is going to be our regular technician. All around professional gentleman and job well done!
