Quality results, fantastic communication & such an inviting environment here. They answered all my questions & gave me a faster turn around than 2 other dry cleaners in the area
I had my oldest daughter's communion dress, which is now a 10 year old dress. There had been some set in stains. Festival was able to get the stains out and perfectly fit it for my 2nd daughter so she could wear the same dress. Great Place, prices and amazing staff.
I’ve been a costumer for 8+ years, and can attest to quality of their work, from cleaning my suits, casual wear, my wife’s dresses and our comforters to the alterations to said suits and dresses, and their excellent costumer service. I plan to remain a customer as long as I live in Lake Ridge.
