They refused me service simply because I left a review stating that “ The service was good but I didn’t get the full 1 hour massage “ ( not knowing that the consultation and getting dress was part of the 60 min massage) which they later told me that that’s why it wasn’t 60 mins. I’ve been going here for a while I’ve even referred others to this location. And for her to get upset because I voiced MY personal opinion and experience is crazy. I never once bashes this place I just stated I didn’t get a full 60 min

Definitely a 7.5/10 overall. I was about 10 minutes late because my car took longer than expected (completely on me), but I did call ahead beforehand. Even then, they didn’t actually start my service until about another 10–15 minutes after check-in.
The facial itself was really nice and my skin looked so good after. I do wish extractions would’ve been included though, especially since I paid for the “Queen for a Day” package. The only thing that felt rushed was the massage, even though it did feel nice during it. For the price, I honestly expected a little more, so it felt a bit overpriced for what I received. I feel like if access to the amenities like the whirlpool and sauna had been included without paying extra, the price maybe would’ve felt more worth it (especially when you’re already there and paid for a service) I definitely would’ve enjoyed using them afterward.
Still, the facial was relaxing and my skin looked amazing afterward.

Don't bother reaching out for info on the listed IV and injectable vitamin services they have listed on the web page. They don't actually offer any of those services. Edited to add: Odd how you are too busy to answer phones, but not too busy to nearly instantly answer google reviews. Priorities.

Absolutely loved my experience with Zaskia. She did my brow lamination and threading —my brows looked clean, lifted, and perfectly shaped. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend her!

Best spa I’ve ever been to, staff is very kind and patient. I got my eyebrows done by Zaskia, and she did any amazing job. I would definitely recommend this place and will be telling all my family and friends about them!!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The massage therapist took the time to understand my problem areas and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I walked out feeling like a new person. 10/10 experience!
