Rodney is professional, prompt, and even provided me with some suggestions/education on how I could better protect/care for my carpets going forward. But what really sold me on using his service in the future is his going above and beyond when he wasn't able to get out all the carpet stains the first go round. Without complaint, he came back to our house and got the stubborn stains out using an elevated technique, and I could not be more grateful. I will only use him/his team going forward. He did the best he could on our old carpets. They had stains from the previous owner and we had not cleaned them since moving in 11 yrs ago. They look better now than they did before. I’ll try to maintain them now.
