This is by far the best CrossFit gym I have ever been too. There is a healthy balance between community and competition. Everyone is incredibly supportive of each other and it's truly like a family. The coaches and owners are knowledgeable and always willing to work with, and motivate you. They always keep the gym clean and have really nice equipment.

The BEST CrossFit community there is. Not to big so you are not overwhelmed and everyone is welcomed. A space where you can reach new fitness goals and be encouraged to get out of your comfort zone.If you are looking to start a journey in CrossFit or need a new box from PCSing….look no further.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym! The people are friendly and the coaches greet you by name when you walk in the door. The whole atmosphere at CrossFit B.O.B. radiates positivity! The workout programming is stellar, the coaches know exactly how to encourage you where you’re at and yet push you to do more. If you want finish every workout with a smile on your face, this is the place for you!
