The technician, Heyward, showed up on time and completed the maintenance check quickly. Even fixed an annoying startup noise that 3 different technicians failed to fix. A loose wire nut…go figure. Pays to check the wiring…way to go Heyward. The lady in the office was also very pleasant with a phone call and text as to when the technician was on his way. If only all companies had such great customer service.
I had a great experience with Briggs! Gerardo was an outstanding technician — knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, which really put me at ease and showed how experienced he is.
He quickly resolved our HVAC issue and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I truly appreciate the excellent service and results. I look forward to working with Briggs again, and hopefully with Gerardo as well. Thank you!
Today Gerardo came to do our biannual heating and air conditioning inspection. He reattached and redirected our dryer vent so that the lint would not get our air conditioner dirty. He is always on time, friendly and explains our HVAC system’s maintenance checks and needs in ways that are easily understood.
