Today Donnel and John from Briggs HVAC examined and accessed my recently installed HVAC unit. I got good information and explanation on the HVAC unit that recently was wrongly installed by another company. The HVAC unit is way oversized, both physically and in kilowatt output. So in due course I will need to have the wrong HVAC unit replaced.
Briggs HVAC will be installing the new, proper HVAC unit. Briggs is professional in every aspect. Explaining, answering questions, and focusing on the necessary and important details. Donnel did a Manual J calculation to determine the correct HVAC unit for my situation. Completely professional.
Mr Briggs came by to evaluate my older gas fireplace. I was afraid it would need to be replaced, but after a few minutes he had it working flawlessly. While here he cleaned it up, positioned the logs, and thoroughly tested it. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was ready for cold season. Thank you Mr. Briggs!

Outstanding service and super professional--from the Front Office to the hands-on owner, who not only supervised the repair crew but actually joined them during the setup and repair! Professional, reasonably priced, courteous, safe and communicative throughout the entire process. From the timely estimate to the final report with photos, they went out of their way to renovate and customize my chimney--now much more functional and looks great!
