The only people that are complaining that are homeowners and people that don't know what they're doing if you know where you're doing then Airco is a very good place to get HVAC parts but I see a lot of negativity on here if you're in a trade you already know that this is one of the better suppliers and in DC metro area United who owns Airco is great as well nothing but love for these guys

My old PTAC got moldy and I was looking to replace the fiberglass lining I'd ripped out of the routing duct that sits on top. One guy mistakenly said he had the stuff. When I came in, another asked if the PTAC had electrical backup heating (through heated wire if it's too cold for the pump to operate). Apparently he was right; so did the replacement PTAC, only it was labeled more clearly. That made it all the more important to meet fire codes and not just slap any old thing in there. They couldn't help, and suggested a source. I was unable to buy this stuff anywhere in non-commercial quantity, but was happy for what they didn't sell me and why.

This is the best place in Northern Virginia to get electrical supplies. The team here is very knowledgable and customer focused. Bill was the man I dealt with recently and he is a true asset to his customers. Huge thanks to you Bill and your team for helping me. Five star service!!!
