I went for Braids in 2 weeks ago and was promised a scheduled time but had to wait for hours ..Once I got there at scheduled time she was still doing hair and had me wait for 2 hours ...they dont respect scheduled times and like to multitask but its disrespectful to customers..will not be returning poor customer service

My mom and I went here to get our hair braided together. My mom got short box braids and I got 2 layer cornrows with single knotless braids in the back. Usually I’m very picky with my hair but they satisfied every one of my expectations. The service was amazing and they were very easy to talk to. I felt comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be going back here in the future. The best hair braiding place in Lorton!!

My hair looks wonderful but the customer service was 1 star at best. I wasn't greeted when i walked in or asked if I had an appointment, which I did and had to wait for 2 1/2 hours after my appointment to even get seated. People were constantly stopping their task to text/chat/talk on the phone... employees from other stores came in and would invade my personal space by touching my hair/coming up to my face. I understand that those working here are very kind and welcoming but this behavior was highly unprofessional.
